On July 19, 2024, the Chairman of the Group, Zong Yanlong, signed the "Forest Deforestation and Downstream Product Cooperation Agreement" and "Prefabricated Building Cooperation Agreement" with Sakhalin Oblast, Russia on behalf of the Group, reaching a project consensus on comprehensive cooperation between the two parties, which will also become an important area for the Group's overseas business.

萨哈林州位于俄罗斯远东地区，具有丰富的林业和矿产资源。此次项目合作由集团与太平洋木业公司共同签署，负责森林砍伐、型材运输、木材加工、产品出口以及装配式住宅、厂房、办公用房等新型节能型建筑的开发建设等业务。中俄双方企业将立足俄方萨哈林州的资源与需求，充分利用中方的技术与市场优势，尽快实现资源的经济效益转化，成为中俄民间合作的典范。合同签署后，中方将派代表深入萨哈林州进行实地考察，确定项目落地细节，快速实现预期经济效益。

Sakhalin Oblast is located in the Russian Far East and has abundant forestry and mineral resources. This project cooperation is jointly signed by the group and Pacific Wood Industry Company, responsible for forest logging, profile transportation, wood processing, product export, as well as the development and construction of new energy-saving buildings such as prefabricated residential, factory, and office buildings. Chinese and Russian enterprises will base themselves on the resources and needs of Sakhalin Oblast in Russia, fully utilize China's technological and market advantages, and quickly realize the economic benefits of resource transformation, becoming a model of Sino Russian civilian cooperation. After the contract is signed, the Chinese side will send representatives to conduct on-site inspections in Sakhalin Oblast to determine the details of project implementation and quickly achieve expected economic benefits.
